Oliver Karthaus hat bereits im letzten Jahr sein BlogVideoz WordPress Plugin veröffentlicht, mit dem sich Videos von Clipfish, Google Video, metacafe, MyVideo.de, sevenload und YouTube einfach in einen Blog integrieren lassen.
Ich habe dieses Plugin jetzt überarbeitet und die vereinzelt verwendeten “embed”-Tags entfernt. Somit erfolgt die Ausgabe jetzt auch XHTML konform.

Super. Ich selbst benutze flash cortex (http://www.hirnrinde.de/index.php/2006/05/27/flash-cortex/), welches ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Einfacher als da, kann man bei keinem Plugin Videos einbinden. Und selbstverständlich ist es auch xhtml konform.
Werde ich mal die Tage testen. Ich hatte vorher Viper’s Video Quicktags laufen, welches sich mit Buttons direkt in den Editor integriert, jedoch nicht die große Zahl an Plattformen unterstützt. Mal sehen, ob es mir gelingt die beiden Plugins zu vereinen.
I’ve used Viper’s Video Quicktags and I’m wondering how this compares? What did you want it to do? How does it work with the dKret2 1.7 theme?

I’m an HTML/CSS moron so need that stuff integrated. Hopefully Viper’s plugin integrates nicely with the theme! To me, that’s important.

Viper’s Video Quicktags is nicer ’cause of the buttons integrated into the editor. So it’s easier to use. BlogVideoz supports some more video platforms. Except of the missing bells and whistles (nice editor integration) and a few video platforms there’s no real difference between both of them.
